A new swimming enclosure for the Port Lincoln town jetty has been approved by the Port Lincoln City Council and pending development approval from the State Development Assessment Commission should be installed ready for summer. The enclosure will cost around $400,000 and be completed by Sea-Slip Pontoons and Products and will consist of a two meter wide platform around the perimeter with a secure net fixed to a cable with rope weight that will allow for tidal movement.
