An expert advisory committee has been formed to implement the EP AgriFood National Regional Initiative which will address skills shortages and help secure the regions workforce. The EP is one of only four regions selected to take part in the initiative aimed at attracting and retaining workers, increasing business profits and building stronger communities.
The group is represented by individuals from a range of industries and interest groups and will address local issues including training, leadership in business and a skills needs analysis.
