DESCRIPTION:We have a wonderful community event happening this long weekend at Kallinyalla Nursery on Shaen Street. \nThe School of Yoga & Mana Wellbeing Centre will be offering yoga & meditation by donation from 9am. Please bring your own mat\, towel\, sharong\, cushion etc. There will be cuppas and muffins available all day\, with blue potting plants also available by donation. \nOur beautiful Guest Speaker at 1pm is Olivia Britcher. Olivia will share signs and awareness of depression anxiety\, and how to approach those we love or how to recognise the symptoms within ourselves. \nBeyond Blue pamphlets are also available. \nWe welcome your attendance & appreciate your donations which will go towards education and supporting the Beyond Blue Foundation. \nFor more information or if you would like some involvement please call into Kallinyalla Nursery and speak with Stella Jones.
