Port Lincoln continues to produce award winning tourism operators with Matt Waller from Adventure Bay Charters winning Major Tourism Attraction for South Australia in this years SA Tourism awards held in Adelaide on Friday 8th November in front of around 670 industry colleagues.
Rodney Fox Shark Expeditions won the Award for New Tourism Development for their Great White Adventure. Several other local businesses were also named medalists in their nominated categories.

Tourist Attractions – Calypso Star Charters and Swim with the Tuna
Tour Transport Operator – Adventure Bay Charters
Adventure Tourism – Calypso Star Charters, Swim with the Tuna, Adventure Bay Charters and Rodney Fox Shark Expeditions
The Port Lincoln YHA was also named as the states best at the TNT Golden Backpack Awards in Sydney less then a year after it opened.
